What high-speed and high-frequency materials are available?
We work with a variety of industry-grade materials. For high-speed applications, we support Megtron 6, Megtron 4, Megtron 7, and the N4000-13 series. For high-frequency layouts, we process Rogers (Ro3003, Ro4350B, Ro4835), CLTE, Genclad, FastRise27, and polyimides.
What is the fastest lead time for prototype samples?
We offer Quick Turn Around (QTA) prototype manufacturing services. Our shortest lead time is 24 hours for 2-layer PCBs, 36 hours for 4-layer PCBs, and 48 hours for 6-layer PCBs. Higher layer counts can be manufactured in 4 to 7 days depending on design complexity.
